He describes himself as status-quo frictitioner, systems thinker, transformational systems practitioner, coach and passionate about Agile, Lean, Kanban, and personal development. Furthermore, he is a tireless reader, skier, snowboarder and guitar player.
After studying Software Engineering in Zaragoza (Spain), he moved to Madrid where he worked at Airbus for almost 9 years leading the development of different products, including an engineering awarded framework for delivering reusable software components. He initiated the agile transformation of the software department in 2010 until 2014. He had diverese roles during that period of time like project manager, product owner, scrum master and agile coach.
He has always been attracted by the video games sector and he didn’t refuse to accept start working as a Scrum Master and the Agile coach at King. Hence, he moved to Barcelona where he had been living with his partner Maria, his two lovely kids and his dog. His toolbox contains many software techniques like TDD, BDD, coaching, gaming, and facilitation techniques to help peolpe create valuable impact to the customers and to build a learning organization.
He has been a speaker in 2014 and 2015 at Conferece Agile Spain and began to write the blog in Spanish and English with his learnings about agile, leadership, coaching and software development.
